It was easier to access the correct color, and knowing I could exchange it made the difference. I was also impressed with the video that showed my exact problem. That clinched it. I ordered the primer (my granddaughter said it was important) and a foundation. It may or may not be necessary, but I bought one to try. I don't mind in the least looking my age. I just want to look my personal best.

I just have to say the marketing was excellent! With an onslaught of advertisements these days the Try Before you buy seemed like a win win offer. With that decision made the extra free and discounts offers just added to the fun of hopefully finding a great coverage foundation. I found it all rather exciting! Can't wait to Try before I Buy!

I was excited to try the product but disappointed that I was misled I was told I would only be charged shipping for a trail. If I decided to keep it then I would be charged the price. Unfortunately I was charged both prices the shipping on one transaction and the full amount on another transaction. It showed 120 I was charged 190. And it automatically puts you in a renewable replenishing without even asking if we wanted to replenish. BS.
Buying from ilmakiage is a dream. Theory customer service is awesome! There I never any pressure to my their products and if the product doesn't work out they put the customer first to make sure you are satisfied.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anywayā¦but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I meanā¦they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
