I was charged full price for products that I thought I could try before I buy. I would like a refund immediately please

Ordering process was too long. Once I chose an item and tried to check out I kept getting ads to add on my order. Annoying!

An add on product was added to my order which I did not want.
Your ordering is I tentionally confusing and leads to unwanted purchases. I will wait to see if you handle this problem promptly or not!

It was easier to access the correct color, and knowing I could exchange it made the difference. I was also impressed with the video that showed my exact problem. That clinched it. I ordered the primer (my granddaughter said it was important) and a foundation. It may or may not be necessary, but I bought one to try. I don't mind in the least looking my age. I just want to look my personal best.

Good-. Could not find spot in checking out to put code WELCOME1 that was given to me by email. Keeping my fingers crossed. I do have a few other products from this line. A little pricey.

Always try to add something and charge for it. Bad experience

I was totally taken. I wanted the free trial and my order ended up be $88 dollars. Tried to cancel the order but it wouldn't let me. Totally disgusted. I want my money back.

I just have to say the marketing was excellent! With an onslaught of advertisements these days the Try Before you buy seemed like a win win offer. With that decision made the extra free and discounts offers just added to the fun of hopefully finding a great coverage foundation. I found it all rather exciting! Can't wait to Try before I Buy!

Very disappointed - shade is too dark, dispenser isn't working or the product may have been a tester.

I only wanted 1 product to try or buy but everytime i checkout, it keeps asking for more products to add. I don't want that.

I was only interested in one product. Kept asking me if I was interested in other products offering percentage off etc. consequently I have another product coming which I did not want. I found that annoying. I just wanted to pay for the product I researched. So I will be returning product.

I was excited to try the product but disappointed that I was misled I was told I would only be charged shipping for a trail. If I decided to keep it then I would be charged the price. Unfortunately I was charged both prices the shipping on one transaction and the full amount on another transaction. I cautious about trying makeup so I love the idea of trying it out first but I don't line being charged twice. Please fix this

It showed 120 I was charged 190. And it automatically puts you in a renewable replenishing without even asking if we wanted to replenish. BS.

Buying from ilmakiage is a dream. Theory customer service is awesome! There I never any pressure to my their products and if the product doesn't work out they put the customer first to make sure you are satisfied.

Tried the trial foundation, colour slightly off.
Sent me a better match with a new trial period and $20 off next purchase promo...
