I did everything to the best of my ability on the website to match my true color, but it was lighter than my true color. The customer service representative was very helpful and accommodating.
I was able to order an item, determine if I wanted to upgrade, etc. and complete my transaction very easily.
I initially ordered 2 items however I accidentally ordered a third item or it was placed in my order. I did I not want to order the third item as I would have used the $20.00 e credit which was not used. Could you at least apply the credit to the additional order

I accidentally hit something that I did not want to order and didn't realize it until it already went through within five minutes of this happening. I contacted you with my email and asked for you to rectify and take the lipstick off my bill and not send it to me I was told it was too late and it already been shipped to me. So I should receive my product within 3 to 5 days since it's been shipped and we already I may not use your product. I may send them both back as soon as they are delivered to me. I think your customer service is poor and I don't think you're gonna retain customers. If this is the way you treat a new customer I am very very disappointed and upset with the situation.
I took the test. Paid in full. It arrived and was not a match. They sent out a second color for free, also not a match. They get 3 stars for customer service. She was very nice and helpful offered me a $20 coupon on my next order, but I don't think I ever got it. The makeup wasn't for me, the consistency of the product was too think, I prefer a light coverage. I am interested in trying the primer
I bought the foundation after seeing several adverts. It is a great foundation, not too heavy and sinks into my skin easily. I don't wear it daily but it's a great pick me up when feeling pale. I like the questionnaire, but do come up with a different answer each time! The website is easy to use and the fact that they sort out the import duty/ customs (I'm in Canada) makes it so much easier.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
