I already knew their mascara was great so I've decided to try out their foundation. The process to order was super easy and if it doesn't match my complexion they will allow me to return it at no cost to me.

I am a new customer of Il Makiage, I am trying their foundation & concealer. Amazing how they picked the perfect shade. First tried them this morning. I need to give it a few days, but believe I am in love. Just placed an order for their Power Rewind Eye Tightner & Eyebrow Pencil. All great reviews. This company has great customer service & lets you have a 14 day trial period before actually purchasing. This works for me 💕

For the longest time I didn't wear foundation because I felt it made my skin look cakey. Plus, I have a lot of freckles and coverage was spotty, even when products claim to be buildable. Not this one! I have been using this foundation for the past year and have had people compliment the way my skin looks. 10/10 recommend!

I was very surprised to see that the online tool for selecting foundation color actually worked. The color I received is perfect. It is a nice product, goes on smooth with the foundation brush, and feels velvety and neither dry nor oily. Really good stuff. WOKE UP LIKE THIS Shade #75
I'm a new customer. I did a "try before you buy", received the product but was charged wrong. I contacted customer service and they refunded me. In addition, they sent me a $25 egift card which I used to try another product. Thank you Il Makiage.
I tried to order the product, and I have had nothing but difficulty. The first time I tried, the order didn't go through. I tried again today following the instructions. The online customer service suggested, and the order went through. However, the order went through at home, almost twice the charge it was supposed to be. I have tried several times to resolve this and cannot. In addition, I also was put on auto delivery which I did not subscribe to or ask for.
I have found it impossible for me to get to a live customer service agent.
I very much wanted to try this product, it seems remarkable. However, the inconvenience and frustration outweighs the benefits I was hoping to receive. I'm very disappointed. I wish this was not my experience because I really thought this was a good product for me and the color seems like it would be exactly right for me with the right color undertone.

I received an email that said I was going to receive a free gift with my purchase. I've been interested in ordering one of their products for a while so I said you know what I'll order it now and get this free gift. I followed the link, placed my order and I didn't see anything about a free gift anywhere. I reached out to customer service and still have not heard back. We will see if I get a free gift when my item is received. This review is only for the purchase process and not the actual product as I have not received it yet.
The product that I ordered arrived extremely fast. I like the fact that you are informed when your order has been shipped and is tracked.
