I placed an order and was charged for it and never received it so I contacted you and you sent another out at no charge which I appreciated however that order was returned to you because you did not have my street address on the shipping label. You did refund me for the item and I reorder the product again hoping I receive it this time. I really love the foundation or I wouldn't continue this process after 2 shipments did not get to me. I am trying one last time. It's a 4 not a 3 because I love the product and you did refund my money.
I have bought several products from Il Makiage and must say their products are high quality. I love almost all of their products. I did have to return one item because it didn't meet my needs and they couldn't have been more helpful. A plus is the surprise items I get with each recurring shipment. It's like Christmas each time it arrives and I always fall in love with the product. I appreciate their customer service and I value the quality of all their products!

I did not experience the results that were shown on the instant message or on Facebook. Therefore I have cancelled any and all orders at this time.
