I was suppose to do the trial but got charged the full amount
After I decided to try a product I was bombarded with additional sales tactics which lengthened my process to get my order complete. I then received 5 email and 2 text messages to look at and purchase more products and I haven't even received the first product to try it. Too much pushing of the product. It is honestly annoying and not necessary. Your product would speak for itself. If it works as promoted then customer will be back and we will try other products. If not, we wo t be back. I am excited to try my ourchase and if it works as descrubed I will purchase more products, I really don't need emails and texts as a reminder. Ty.

After I completed my order they asked some questions and added another order for me without asking or confirming if I wanted it. Something as a try now and pay after. Really?!I don't need it! Hope they read the emails, because I asked them to cancel this order. I will not pay for this mystery product.

It was a little frustrating to order because I had an e-gift code and if you take the quiz there's no place to add this code. I had to search the site to figure out how to fix this which was very time consuming and frustrating. Also, my receipt doesn't show that the $50 e-card was deducted so now I'm not sure it did. Not the best first experience with your company.

The foundation that you suggest for me didn't match skin tone
This foundation is not for dry and/or mature skin. I even tried cutting it with moisturizer, but it was still patchy. If you're young and dewy, I'd say go for it!
I would like to stress that the quality of the products is pretty high. I have extremely sensitive skin and I am very happy that I am able to use all of the products. I love the discounts and offers even though they can fill up your inbox. (A little pushy). I love that you can use automatic delivery for a year or more. That makes life easier. The prices are not very competative. Maybe a little less than the department store but without that convenience.

The foundation is very light and is not felt on the skin, but at the same time hides all its imperfections! I really liked its natural finish. My face is not shiny even though I have combination skin. Unfortunately, the color didn't suit me a bit; it turned out to be a little darker than my skin color. But I will definitely recommend it to my friends!
After losing my tan, my foundation shade was off. After my new color match, the color still wasn't "just right" but I was blown away with the customer service! The email agent (Anna) was so kind and helpful to adjust my profile and get in in the perfect shade and so happy to help me. I'm blown away with her courtesy and kindness to me in ensuring my happiness in their product. They have my loyalty

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
