The website was difficult to navigate. I tried to re-order a single item between auto replenish dates and I had to set up another auto replenish order instead. Sigh.
I was fairly happy with placing my order, however when I clicked "submit" MORE windows kept popping up asking me if I wanted "THIS offer also", then another. That's a REAL turn off to me and I almost just cancelled my order. I don't appreciate having to read fine print to see what's being asked of me when I'm trying to place an order for YOUR product and nothing more.
I just did the try before you buy on two products. I open my acct and you have charged me that plus the full price. At this point I don't even want to try the product due to the dishonesty of the ad.
Every product I buy lives up to the product description and more. Shared with a friend for wedding photos and her complexion looked flawless.

I have been using these products for years. Also worth noting that I live in the South. The spring and summer can be so humid and hot. Most make up would just melt, smear or run. This stuff stays in put all day. And gives a fantastic look!

I was being charged twice every month for 2 seperate auto-replenishments, both of which continued to send to the former address I had just moved from (even though I updated it on the website multiple times). And both of which I cancelled (multiple times). 2 years later my accountant noticed that my card was still being charged, but no product! I also sent an email to customer service informing them of the new address (2 years ago when I first moved) and apparently they re-directed the current shipment, but did not update the new address for the next deliveries (duh!). When I recently contacted support their response was as if I was arguing with a girlfriend and took no accountability whatsoever because it was at the end of 2022. I would agree, if it wasn't still happening every month since then. I always had the best experience with their support team, but nothing was done. After multiple emails, they gave me a credit for $50 which couldn't be used unless I purchased an additional item(s). Just really bummed that they wouldn't send at least one replacement package. I did everything on my end when I moved and updated the address 3 times, emailed support and was continuously charged with my orders sending to a different address for 2 years...I just can't believe the way I was spoken to. Obsessed with the products, disgusted by the service and sneaky charges.
I just commented on the product itself but I want to reiterate that this company is phenomenal. Not only are the products (especially the foundation) worth the money, the customer service is fast, efficient and incredibly polite (thank you Elizabeth). I plan on staying a loyal customer
I have been challenged at finding my shade of foundation. IL Makiage has been so helpful to find the correct shade. I love all their products and their custom service is top notch.
This product is horrible. It was a waste of money. I can't beleive this company is still in business.
I started using iL Makiage and I've had a couple instances where I needed to ask a question or get clarification about a shipment or a payment. I have always met with amazing customer service. I didn't have to wait days for my answer to the questions that I have.
Have enjoyed all products i've tried so far from the brand, and they're great about feedback and rewarding reviews and such. Appreciate being part of their product trial review and receiving incentives for continued support.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
