Sent 1/3 of the fabric I ordered, took 3+ weeks to arrive and no customer service to correct the problem and refused to refund the missing fabric. They are thieves.
I currently order fabric 2 weeks ago. It says it ship 5 to 7 days. I will not receive it on time and when I emailed them they said it will arrive soon. Yet they still haven't shipped ot yet. So horrible customer service and false advertising.

I placed an order on 8/6/2020, I was advised that it would ship in 7-10 business days! Contacted them on 8/22 and they said my order has shipped and a sent me a fake tracking number. Contacted them again on 8/27 and on 8/28 they said my order shipped and didn't send a tracking number that time! I contacted them again and heard back on 8/32 stating my order had shipped and that the customer phone number they have, they don't answer the phone! I contacted them again on 9/5 and they got back to me on 9/7 saying my order has shipped and sent me another fake tracking number. I contacted them again and heard from them on 9/15 simply saying thanks for getting back to me and they will check into my order! I have asked for a refund numerous times with no luck! I have yet to receive my order! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and threatened the company that I am planning on contacting the attorney general in their state! All I want is my order or a refund! Beware of this company! The BBB contacted them as well and has to hear back from anyone!
I would give this zero stars if I could. It took them 31 days to even pack my order of 3 fabrics in low quantity. They only packed it once I threatened to cancel my order. Their customer service is horrible. I foolishly forgot that last year they pulled the same thing. I had ordered one colourway, they sent another, blamed me, then removed the fabric from the website so I couldn't order the proper colourway. They should not be in business. This company is a full scam.
They got over a $100 from me for material. Never got my material. Their phone does not work and no one answers you on chat.
I ordered clear vinyl on July 10th. On July 27th according to tracking it was to have shipped. I gave them a LOT of patience due to covid etc. Multiple phone calls to a number no longer in service and multiple emails were not returned. The vinyl was still in a warehouse in Los Angeles. On September 1st it left California and I FINALLY got it on September 3rd. I do like the vinyl and I am using it to protect my table, but the customer service SUCKS. Almost two months. Wow.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I placed an order for four tablecloths a month ago. It said arrival would be 5-7 days. Two and a half weeks later still no package. I wrote to them on several occasions saying to cancel my order I needed them to get there by a certain date. They said your order cannot be cancelled and that they were on their way. Weeks go by, still nothing. I keep emailing them. They then promise they will be there by the day before my party. They didn't arrive until TWO WEEKS AFTER my party. I have yet to get a refund on this. I no longer need them and want to send them back and get a full refund. The customer service person didn't even write their name on any of their emails so that I did not know who I was working with. And they were very short, rude and I professional. The phone number listed on their website for customer service IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I will never use this company again. TOTAL SCAM.

I don't know about you, but when I order fabric, I want it like yesterday. Fashion is seasonal. And if I'm making something, it's for tomorrow, or next week, NOT NEXT MONTH! ELEVEN DAYS it took for this company to ship out my little package of one item. ELEVEN DAYS. That translates to over two weeks of waiting for this company to put my one item in a package and ship it out! To add insult to injury, they SAID it shipped out right away. When I track it, I find that a shipping label was created on July 30,2020. But the item didn't make it into the package until August 9th! It is now August 13th, and I still don't have my item. I'm supposed to get the item by 8PM tomorrow. Needless to say, I'm not too psyched about my project anymore. Next time I'll order from China. It will get to me faster.
I ordered burlap to cover my plants in the winter, they were exactly what I wanted and came at a reasonable time with a UPS tracking number. I was a little worried about buying because of all the bad reviews, but everything was just fine.
I looked locally and on many websites until I found minky on their site. It was wonderful for this in the hoop baby dragon I made for my great nephew. He loved how soft it was. Fast shipping

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.
I found 25 yards of Hello Kitty fabric at a fraction of the cost that the same fabric was at other sites. I read the reviews, waited a bit, was really skeptical at first but Decided to take my chances despite the bad reviews. Got my shipment in 10 days. Extremely satisfied!

I paid for 5-7 day expedited shipping. My order was delivered 15 business days after my order was placed. When my order didn't come on time, I emailed ifabric twice to ask to cancel the order and refund me. No response. When the order arrived, I had to email twice to ask for information on how to return my items. They said they would charge a 50% restocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping. No way! Clearly they never responded to my requests to cancel the late order because they knew I'd be stuck with the items once they arrived. Terrible customer service and frankly a dishonest company.
Answer: Judge for yourself by this review: 1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the [email protected] email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
