When I ordered the product it showed the stripes going up-and-down when we received the merchandise the Stripe are going long ways so I had to cut the material and sew it together to make it look like a market instead of a circus tent
My order was placed April 17th. On the website it states orders are recieved within 5 to 7 business days. I have emailed them multiple times, tried to call (voicemail is full) and I'm told my order will ship (2 weeks after ordering), given a tracking number and it still says only a label has been printed and it hasn't shipped. I would like my money back but they haven't replied to my last email.
I ordered upholstery fabric. They sent fabric one would use on a Halloween costume. The purchase took a solid month. I tried to cancel and they refused.

Pink is pink... it is not mango/peach! Having received the incorrect fabric happens but having to jump through hoops to get the right one was asinine. Literally they asked for a photo 5 times. The last asking for a photo in ‘daylight'. I finally took a photo of my dogs crap and sent that! I'm out my purchase but that last photo I sent was worth every penny!
Would give less stars if I could. Total scam, quick to take your money, but never ship anything out. The reviews on their site are fake, the never answer emails, and if they do it just to lie to you and give you a fake tracking number. The chat does not work, and the phone number is bogus too.

Placed order and received confirmation. NO tracking ever generated. Phone number is non-working. It says there is a chat feature - there is not. Total rip off.
I placed an order and was informed on Feb. 4th the fabric was on the way. It is now March 4th and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent emails, with one response, the order would be resent.
Since that time I have had no further communication from them and no fabric. I wish I had checked out their web site and read the reviews of their customer service, I would not have used this company.
Is this company even in business? Both LA and 800 numbers are out of order. My order was placed for 5 yards (luckily only $43) on Feb 12 now it's March 2 and no results or correspondence whatso ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I ordered fabric in November 2020: have many emails stating that it will be shipped ASAP, 1 email stating Mailing Label (UPS) generated on 1-6-21, called customer service - "# not in service" every time in Dec 2020, and again in Jan 2021, tried the online chat - no response... THIS COMAPNY IS A FRAUD!
I purchased a large order on October 28th 2020 for a total of $222.87 I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER. Customer service emails have been ignored, ups has no tracking for the package because they also NEVER RECEIVED IT. Upon trying to call the phone number listed, the only thing I got was an automated message telling me that the number is out of service. I am being blatantly ignored by this company who is withholding my order from me. I have been recommending this company to others but no longer, as this is completely unacceptable.
I would give zero stars if I could. They charged my card and never sent the order. Their phone is disconnected and no one answers their emails or chat.

I ordered fabric over two months ago and I still have not received it. The customer service phone number is out of service. I emailed customer service and got no response. I even tried the customer service chat and no response. I'm out $100 dollars, I have no fabric and no way to get my money back or to get help from them. I would not recommend. Tried to add photo proof of order number but it would not load. Order number *******.
After placing order, it took 3 weeks to receive, I had emailed to see where my order was several times and they only answered once. Tracking never showed info. I received my order and very disappointed, my fabric was not as described, with a stretch. I was going to use my fabric to make leggings. My fabric was the thinnest fabric with absolutely no stretch. I have been trying to get a return for a good week, with no customer service. Their phone number does not work, their chat does not work and the two times they have answered my email, I have to send the same info which is my order number and pic of fabric, they never answer back. I am going to turn them into BBB and report fraud.
Answer: Judge for yourself by this review: 1/03/22 order, 1/12 I emailed them, days later they reply "shipping Friday" so that would've been 1/14.1/20 No shipping info received so emailed again 1/20. Now days later, still no reply. 1/22 Tried calling the 1-888 number in the [email protected] email, it's not in service. I'll be filing with my cc to get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
