A friend and I ordered this wrinkle cream through Facebook. Thinking how great it was for $6.00. After giving credit card details to company, we realized in the fine print that we would be charged $100 each month and more cream delivered. That lost me straight away! Rang company and said to cancel order. They tried their hardest to get me to do a different deal, but I wasnt interested. To cancel, it cost $10 plus $10 to post it back. All up it cost $26 for nothing! Not a bad earner for the company getting $16 from every person who cancelled their order. What a big rip off!
Absolute rubbish, you think you are getting a cheap trial, but unless you read the fine print you are charged an absolute fortune within the fortnight. I am so annoyed at myself for getting sucked into this that I am determined to give them their well deserved review whenever I can to save someone else losing their money
Ordered a trial of this cream from a face book add and I didn't read the small print which obviously is my fault, so they have actually taken a second payment from my account because I was apparently supposed to advise them if not required, they have not sent anything else just charged me almost $50 extra on the trial price obviously I didn't read this other wise I wouldn't have even got the trial pack in the first place. I will never do that again :(
I did not give you approval to take more money out of my bank account. You have not sent me any new products so what is this money for? Thieves
Wasn't happy with the cream. Before the month was up I had new another bottle sent to me with a $156 taken out of my acc. And $136 with the argon oil. I certainly won't be recommending you to anybody..
This cream really worked for me, lines around my forehead, crows feet and laugh lines have been reduced in as little as 2 weeks. I started my free trial last month and Im on my second jar now and the cool thing is I got a very big discount just by simply talking to their customer service team within the trial period.
Unauthorized deductions made for nothing. Also trying to get my money back.

Saw an Ad on Facebook and I ordered the trial. Just want to try the product since I have a very sensitive skin and suffers from Acne outbreak. Tried it for 2 weeks and WWWOOOOWWW! So love the effect on my skin. Pimples on my face slowly disappears. I ordered another bottle and will continue to use it. Will recommend this product with my friends.
My friend recommended me this Idrotherapy cream... I hesitated at 1st but decided to give a try. Now ive been using it for almost 3 weeks now and so far everything works well!
Yes you get your free trial and they kept withdrawingvnearly $150. I had to cancel my credit card totally and now have to get another credit card. I've learnt my lesson "check reviews first"
Charge you than whats stated when i return products they charged me a replenishing fee so your get someone's returns that is disgusting why else the fee but your not told that i had to cancel my credit card to stop them taking money from account even charged me for something i didint order 130 dollars worth i rang their number its wasnt answering
I accepted a trial offer of wrinkle cream at a total of $10.99. Nearly $300.00 was taken from our bank account by way of unauthorised Visa transactions. I am trying to get a refund.
They have now taken 3 payments out! How can they get away with this. I sent back my samples & wrote a letter. I have not received any skincare. The phone number wants me to put my phone number in & when I do it says it is wrong! I have never been scammed before & this is disgusting & now $430 down. I will be taking this further, they have messed with the wrong person & will not get away with it. All I did was buy a sample for $8 & to be deceived like this makes me sick. Karma will get you so I hope you enjoy jail! Theiving arseholes!
Also scammed bought for $8.99 then two weeks later charged $144 to my card ripping people off is their business
I wish I had checked the reviews before I sent for both Essence of Argan and Idrotherapy products. I hate that the terms and conditions came in an email AFTER I had ordered it or otherwise would not have done it. You can buy this Essence of Argan on Ebay for AU $27.54 delivered and the Idrotherapy for Au$35.75. To stop these payments all you have to do is go to your bank and ask to fill out a Stop Merchant Form and they will do it on the spot. Saves having to cancel your credit cards. Hope this helps for those that have been caught. I have only had products a couple of days and want to stop the 1st payment and those thereafter.
Don't get scammed like I did! I've been charged twice and when I phoned to cancel and return the product and get a refund I was given a "special deal"... to keep the product and get a partial refund. It's still a huge rip off! I may have to cancel my card to be sure, once I receive the pitiful refund that they offered. NOT HAPPY!
