I paid for one trial product and had $150 debited from my account two weeks later. I was checking another transaction when I noticed it, there was no invoice, no receipt no tracking number for any product, just money, stolen from my account. This is a total scam. I finally got through to someone to cancel the "subscription" I'd been signed up to against my will. Now they're trying to tell me the trail product, that I also paid for, is what I was charged for a second time!

Why have I been sent a jar of Idrotherapy wrinkle cream when I cancelled my order awhile ago because your company has already taken over $100 for products I have not received and I want my money back, you do not have the right to deduct funds for products not received, that is stealing, I am sending this jar back and I want my funds back in my account: this is my account you took my money from and this is the account I want my money put back into: S. C. T. Walden # 5366-1811-2019-8986. I would like it put back today, Thankyou, The one and only jar I have received ever is being returned back to sender.

I ordered a sample of this product which duly arrived, and to be fair, I think it is quite a good product. Then I was suddenly billed (on 6th May) for an Idrotherapy product which has not yet arrived. I immediately cancelled my subscription to Idrotherapy. However, today 19th May I received an order confirmation for Beautiful Essence of Argan from the same company. This is the scam of course. I immediately cancelled this subscription too. A company representative whom I rang told me my subscription was now cancelled, but is there another branch of the company lurking in the shadows? NEVER AGAIN!

What they are doing is sending product using several names
Essence of Argan, Idrotherapy, Idro Labs, LSA Health and Beauty, Nu Vitality.
This should not be happening to the consumer of Canada.
The only thing you can do is send the product back with a tracking number or ONLY BUY ITEMS ON LINE WITH A PAY AS YOU GO CARD WITH ONLY THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE Complete FRAUD

I stupidly ordered a 'free sample' of Idrotherapy, and ticked the box for a free sample of 'Essence of Argan Oil' A week later a small pot approximately 10 grams arrived and a 50ml of oil a week later. I trialled the 'free sample' -broke out in acne and i do not have sensitive skin.
16 days after the original act of stupidity of agreeing to a free sample (and 10 days after Idrotherapy arrived and 3 days after the oil arrived). I am charged an additional $99.95 for the Idrotherapy 'sample pot' and $88.95 for the oil.
I had to contact the company 2 x email, 3 x phone and 2 x internet website to cancel an 'Ongoing' order that would be charged at $99.95 and $89.95 respectively every single 30 days!
Don't be fooled.

These dreadful scammers and credit card fraudsters IDROventures distributors of Idrotherapy cream and Argon oil operating under several different company names will entice you with a free trial which arrives promptly and then whoosh a few days later multiple charges go against your credit card - total and utter robbery and the product does not arrive. THIS COMPANY IN THE BARBADOS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. There is absolutely no warning they are going to help themselves to your credit card with differing amounts in the hundreds of dollars. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM

Very unhappy with this product and cancelled order, after I only had 2 days to trial it before cancellation date,, I thought I had 14 days after delivery! NO! It is from when they sent it. No matter how long it takes for you to receive it... and still got charged in full and told tough luck on a refund. DO NOT buy this rubbish or anything from this company! They are scammers!

This is false marketing and robbing people of their hard-earned money. $600 charged for what is supposed to be a 'trial'. How does one 'trial' something like this when it takes so long to arrive, and the conditions of return make it impossible anyway? Then after trying to 'easy cancel' the product was still sent and still charged at an astronomical price. What robbery. I am making this information known to every scam site, the ACCC, and any distributor of this product.

What a bunch of crooks. No matter how many times I called to cancel & even received cancellation confirmations, the money still kept coming out. I cancelled my credit card, but somehow they got the new one. Now my bank is investigating them. By the way you pay but you get no product except for that teensy weensy jar. Their speel is set in concrete. Don't deal with them. Let your bank do it as IT IS A SCAM. NO RATING ON THIS ONE

This product is a scam, so do not buy. I thought that I was agreeing to pay $15 for sample product to try, but it has cost me over $600. This has been a very nasty and expensive experience. The trial has hidden fine print to trick you into signing up for additional product. They will not refund even for product that has not yet arrived. Please warn as many people as you can not to take up these trial offers or buy this product, as it can cost a lot of money.

Idrotherapy credit card fraud. Sure you can obtain a "trial" for $3.28. The operator assured me this was a one-of carg. Not so! A few days later $119.00 deducted by idrotherapy AND another $198.00 by argon I called the number listed (which I was told was in The Philipines) & when I said I had an account charge enquiry the operator hung up! Each time I called - same thing. I sent 18 emails saying I did not want their product. They have never responded. The amounts differed; the dates were all over the place. Credit card fraud plain & simple. $600 + ripped off! Steer clear of this scam.

This site advertises Idrotherapy Wrinkle Reducer and offers a "Free" trial of their product for only the cost of shipping and handling ($4.48) against your credit card. However, what they don't tell you is that they are setting up an automatic monthly charge of $99.99 (plus s&h) on your credit card unless you call to cancel the automatic monthly order. You find all of this out, hidden in the fine print of the packing slip, when you receive the shipment of "Free" trial product. When you call to cancel the order you get the same people you were talking with at Essence of Argan (see my last review) along with the same song and dance.
