Idro Therapy was a total disappointment. Despite the claims, it did nothing to improve my skin's hydration. I feel like I wasted my money on a product that had no effect whatsoever.

I was charged 2x for the trial, then charged 2x for a monthly subscription - I blocked my credit card and commenced fraud investigations - all charges were refunded to me (close to $800) so I thought that was the end - I got a new credit card and have just found out I have been charged another 3 subscription fees over $500 - I don't know how they got my new credit card or how they can keep charging me for something I haven't received - only ever received the initial tester - absolutely appalled I can't afford to get paying these scammers and to keep having my credit card blocked and reissued …

I purchased the product through face book and was offered subscription of which I didn't know I had to cancel in 15 days. The product didn't work for me, they debited my account I asked for cancellation they said that I should have read the policy. Very disappointed

False advertising on Facebook sites, says free but then charged if you don't cancel within 16 days of purchase, not from the time it's delivered. Make sure to read the small print after adding your details if you do want to try this, I would have definitely cancelled as this product reacted badly with my skin. The customer service rep I spoke to was helpful so I gave more stars based on my experience with her.

Crows feet and forehead lines and jowls definitely minimized, however I despise the companies practices in debiting my account repeatedly. I had to pay to block the transactions and change my card. Ruthless and I feel disreputable. Sorry
Didn't receive free trial but was charged 151.00. Customer service chat lady said nobody forced me to get it. Like wow. Never received it and they took out 151.00 just pathetic
I saw the advertisement on face book for a free trial.
I have been charged three time full price for the product.
I did receive the sample twice...but as was not sure if I actually ordered the product itself as when you go to checkout the offer more thing for you to buy.
In my statement I was being billed by a company called digi - bill.so wasn't even sure who they were and what I was being charged for.when I had the time I looked them up and found out they were charging for idrotheapy. Customer support maintains that the terms and condition say that after 14 days after your order if you don't contact them you will then be automatically billed again.the thing is it's not clear when you go to pay at the checkout that this is goin to be a re occurring payment.I am terribly disappointed and as far as I'm concerned I would not recommend for anyone to get caught like I did.
This company claimed to give you a trial, instead took money out of my credit card AUD180 for a small sample. Be AWARE of their terms and conditions as their claim for a trial product is unclear.

They say you get a free trial - LOAD OF CRAP! I have received one order and within 10 days they charged me $150! I've cancelled my order & they told me that im not getting another delivery - so you end up paying $150 for the trial! As for the cream itself - go buy the $2.95 Sobelene cream at your supermarket!

Do not use this product. Heaven help you if you try their free trial... if you don't like it and cancel you are charged 150 for a product you don't like that's the size of a quarter.
Stand behind your product and if someone doesn't like it, DONT RIP THEM off!

Answer: You need to contact your bank and instruct them to stop/ block this company from taking any more money

Answer: Your best option is to contact your bank or credit union and have them cancel your credit card. This is inconvenient and incurs a small fee, but it is the only way.
