I definitely see changes in my skin. My biggest issue is lines starting on my forehead and they seem a lot less visible.

This stuff is wonderful! I am genuinely impressed on how fast it improved my skin after few application. My skin feels flawless.

I fell in love with this brand! Several minutes after I'd cleansed and moisturized, s On top of that, my skin was super soft! It's been a few weeks now and I'm seeing great results.

Their free trial is not free at all. They will enroll you in their subscription service without your full knowledge. I ended up getting $150 charged on my credit card under a repeating charge. When I called them, they refused to give a full refund insisting they were in the right- even though I had only wanted the "free" sample. The product is oily, it made me break out, and now that I know they are a fraudulent, unethical company, I have no desire to use their product at all. Now I have to be vigilant about repeating charges on my card. Stay away! These people are dishonest and should be investigated!

I ordered for free trial (sample) and made the payment for the shipping. Now I read those reviews and tried to contacted them but all my emails got back saying "Undeliverable". I called the number on their website but the number was not recognised. Fake number!... but the product itself was free anyway so even if you cancel your order, you have already lost your money on the shipping. I have now blocked them from taking more money from my bank.

Please please do not fall for this... i have had 250 euro taken from my account over the past two weeks. When you ring they just point out that they are in the right as in the terms and conditions it states that if you do not ring them and cancel the product they can dip in and out of your account under a number of company names. I am currently preparing a report for my bank and Consumer Affairs but please please please do not get scammed like me

First off there will probably be 5 or more 5 star glowing reviews about this product after my negative review. These reviews are not genuine imho and are possibly computer generated or paid for rating designed to keep the overall star rating reasonably good, at a minimum. I bought the sample for about €17 on the 20th of July. On the 3rd of August my card was used to attempt to debit €123 from my account. The bank stopped it as suspicious. On the 4th of August I sent an email to *******@idrotherapy.com requesting to STOP immediately trying use my card. The email bounced back and the email address wasn't working for the next 47 hours(gmail retrys automatically). On the 5th of August (ie. During that period) my card was used TWICE to debit successfully €123 and €130. No product was received, not that I want it. I phoned the 'UK' number which turned out to be a call centre in the Philippines. The lady said they couldn't refund my money because I'd cancelled my card! Which of course I have at this stage. She said the accounts and legal dept. were both contactible at the same number but she couldn't put me through to either. I was given a different generic email address and I await their reply. This is an absolutely outrageous scam and a disgusting method of extracting money from unsuspecting and anxious people struggling with a global pandemic. As if people didn't have enough to worry about. AVOID LIKE THE VIRUS.

I wrote on 8 July 2020 on Sitejabber to warn of the terrible treatment I received from IdroTherapy where they deducted $400+ From my creditcard without my permission. Since then I have changed my creditcard so thankfully they cannot deduct anymore money fraudulently. Moreover I have a claim outstanding to my creditcard to refund me the monies taken from me. For information I never did receive any product other than the two small samples(and neither do I want to) from these frausters.

I never thought I can experience again looking younger. I saw the Idrotheraphy and Essence of Argan Oil advertise on Facebook for A free trial. I cannot help my self to try the Trial. I signed up for a free trial, and I contacted the company right before my trial end. They provided me a discount of up to 70% for the trial products. And I am now enrolled in the company's Dollar A Day promotion with a free gift. I really love the cream and oil. Best anti-aging.
