Contact Idrotherapy on 1800 058 430. You might get somewhere. I've been told someone got some money back but I have just rung so we will see.
They supposedly have an address of 22-24 Wonderland Drive, Eastern Creek, Sydney I presume. I don't live in Sydney or I would go there.
Had 3 'postage' amounts and 4 product amounts taken out of my credit card before I realized and cancelled my card. Only received 2 packages. Lost about $540 AUD.

I must say that when I clicked on the link for a free trial for the AMAZING anti- wrinkle cream I thought-this is great 2 products just pay shipping awesome!-the shipping even seemed reasonable (I remember $1-99 P & H) even USD does not equate to $10 AUD-but when I checked my bank account I was charged $10 shipping for each product. I emailed them as it said any issues with billing could be handled that way-but promptly got an email back saying please call the number on the invoice-this is when I thoroughly read the details of what I'd signed up for and the options vary again when you call -ie "Pay up front now with a huge discount ($37-95-probably will equate to about $80 going by their exchange rates) for the products you received and you won't hear from us again etc- On the very bottom of the invoice there's a $10 charge per item just for cancelling! But after reading other peoples issues-and then speaking to an Idrotherapy Operator-Which sounded a million miles away)-who explained the options available to me and then said I'll extend your trail period-which is not what I wanted, I then started telling her how I felt that this was scam and I intended to contact the ACCC, I decided to immediately cancel my credit card which I did. As soon as I'd done the card cancelling I checked my email account and I had two emails from them saying my subscription had been cancelled-still glad I cancelled my card-these companies are so dodgy, What annoys me is that I think I clicked on it from a facebook page! :(

I would like to give a warning to anyone who is thinking of purchasing Idrotherapy cream or Essence Of Argon. I purchased them and had a huge Allergic reaction. It says that there was an easy return policy, but when I rang the contact numbers they were out of service. The only way I could make contact was through live chat. I asked for the return address, etc. so I could return the product and the call centre person (based In the Philippines, surprise, surprise) just kept going around and around in circles and wouldn't give me the details. By the end of it I agreed to pay $19.99 for each product even though I cannot use it. Please think very carefully before you sign up.

I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for your products. Ive been using the 100% Argan oil for about a month and its completely changed the texture of my skin. Ive suffered with eczema for about 20 years (could be more) and have tried everything that is supposed to help. Nothing has ever really worked and Ive spent an insane amount of money in my life trying to find something that would. Some products have masked the symptoms a bit and made the patches of dry, flaky skin not hurt as much, but Ive never really had true relief. The 100% Argan Oil has worked! I really cant believe it. There is no sign of the eczema and my skin has never felt so soft, nourished, and beautiful. I am recommending it and your company to all of my friends. Thank you so much!

Supposedly a free trial but if you don't cancel, you are billed the full amount and the next shipment is on its way... the cost of the items is excessive. And I cannot say the product is that great. I already use Argan oil from a different company and not only is it good but it is reasonable with great offers. The fact that they make it impossible to access customer service is just part of their shoddy business principals. Stat away

It is the only product which nourishes my parched hair. Health problems make it super-dry and normal oils and serums disappear whilst wearing them leaving me with a frazzled head of straw however well groomed it started. It's tricky to apply enough before it looks too oily but by adding repeated handful in stages it works. Only this brand is so effective on me. I also use handcream and oil under it or on hair as a mask after shampooing and before final rinse

I ordered the free trial, they make out that there is not many left and secure your trial. So l tried to hurry, gave all my details, but did not see any terms and conditions until i checked my Emails and just happened to scroll down. Lucky l read it all, then l thought you rotten scumbags, so l tried to ring the Australian number, ITS NOT CONNECTED! I rang the New Zealand number, ITS NOT CONNECTED! The U S number, yeh you guessed it, NOT CONNECTED. Email is not a propper address, so how in the Hell am l supposed to ring and cancell. SO l went to the bank and told them what happened, they cancelled my card and are issuing another one. I am lucky so far, the did not take any money out yet as l only received the products yesterday. They still told me to try and get in contact with them to cancell it, l did as soon as l got home today, still no luck so what else can l do? Im only a pensioner, l cant afford for them to scam money out of me. Best of luck to anyone else stuck with these mongrels. They need to be stopped.

I decided to accept an offer of a free trial of argon oil and used my credit card to pay for postage. An email one day later informed me I was also entitled to a free trial of Idrotherapy. Unfortunately, I used another credit card to pay for the postage which is not linked to my husbands and I only check the transactions occasionally because I hardly ever use it. Two months later I was devastated to find that I had spent $1000 on products I hadn't ordered. I simply had not read the 'terms and conditions' ie the small print. The products had been posted out but had gone to an old address. My bank was sympathetic to begin with and cancelled the card but explained to me that because of the terms and conditions which stated that if I did not cancel the subscription within 14 days I would be charged the full cost of the products, they could not recover the monies. But what was worse than that was the company kept deducting money from my card at two week intervals@ $220 a time. I managed to cancel the subscription but when I asked where to send back the products (which found their way to our new address eventually) I was told that it was too late and I would have keep them. I was desperate as you can imagine and after a very long dialogue managed to recuperate $200 of the original $1000. I now have 3 bottles of Argon oil which smells horrible and 3 tiny jars of Idrotherapy cream which I don't want all because I was naive enough not to read the small print and stupid enough to think that free trials were the same as free samples. Once bitten... never again.

Stupidly I ordered samples of both Idrotherapy and Argan. Then I read the trial only lasted 16 days. I immediately rang the Auckland number to cancel. I was told I was too late but could return goods when they arrived. They arrived exactly 16 days after the order was processed. I rang again. Was told I could post the samples back but I had to send each one separately and on top of postage it would cost me $9.99 to process each one. I jumped up and down and they reduced it to $4.99 each sample. Wish I had never asked for a sample. I didn't open them but suspect that they are no more effective than most things on the market. I have started using Snowberry products. So far so good. Sandi

I have had over $300 taken from my bank account and I don't know how to stop them. Does anyone have their toll free number. What a RIP OFF!
