Really not very happy! This has to be the most expensive "Free Trial" I have ever participated in. First you pay p&p which is far enough. Then you are recommended to order a second product for optimum results, secondary p&p charges but it is at least optional
On deciding not to join the "Elite" monthly subscription thing, and cancelling within the allocated time frame, I am notified of a USD9.99 per product "processing fee for the return, plus I have to return the unused product or empty container from NZ to Australia, also at my expense
All of this info is available on order, however, it is not all explained in the Terms & Conditions on the website. Actual info is all over the place therefore just proves the old adage, if it seems too good to be true, it is!
Always read the small print, everywhere! Hunt for it, it is there!
But wait, I was offered an easier option... I could keep these products that I don't want and they would bill me USD15 per product for me to throw it out. Begs the question, why is the "Elite" membership price USD99 per month when clearly they are still making money at USD15?
Not at all above board, total rip off - I feel very foolish but lesson learned!

Thieves and cheats, i also stupidly ordered "Free Samples' there's no such thing, cancelled in October, got billed, rang them in November returned the products, no refund and still found i have been charged again, they owe me 2 months worth of cash, i, am left feeling like a fool, i think it's time to get Consumer Affairs and Current Affairs TV involved, i simply cannot afford the exorbitant prices they are charging. In future i will read comments before purchasing anything promoted by the likes of so called TV personalities. PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY>

I stupidly ordered the " free" samples of Essence of Argan and wrinkle eraser supposedly endorsed by Lisa Wilkinson. Didn't realise until I received the follow up email that one was $99 that would be automatically billed and the other absolutely exorbitant as well.
I rang, was hung up on the minute I mentioned sending back, rang again and got the RMA return Merchandise numbers. When returned, at your own cost, they charge ANOTHER $9.90 " handling fee" for absolutely nothing which is billed in US $ at just over $15 (even though I rang a Sydney number and was told the price) Don't go near them!

Absolute Scam. DO NOT ORDER SAMPLE. As you then will get hefty deductions coming out of your credit card every fortnight. Sadly the world is full of scroungy dogs like this company. My wife first ordered what she says was $28 worth of product. Now checking Credit card online a total of $693 has been deducted. So had to cancel cards which is a pain as i have many auto payments attached to the card, Bank is going to try & claim for us, so fingers crossed.

I paid for the shipping for the free trail, I then wanted to cancel my order as I read I would be charged 100 if I didn't cancel after 16 days. I tried calling & it said the number is not recognised so I email 4 times, I received no response.
I finally managed to get to chat with someone on their chat site which I just stumbled across. I had to request a call 3 times, I finally received a call & I explained I wanted to unscribe as I didn't want to get charged 100, oh but little did I know, today I was charged 100 as I was on day 16, I explained I tried calling & the number was not recognised & emailed & I got no responce. I was told the number does work. The Irish number in their website does not work.
I am so annoyed, in total I have paid 118 for products I have no interest in, the whole thing is a total fix! Please nobody sign up to this, it's beyond the worst service I have ever received. Total scam.

I ordered the trial of two products from this company for $19.48 Cdn. They were giving the products away, just had to pay for shipping. I gave them my credit card details, paid the $19.48. I did not read the small print, went on vacation, came back to find two more packages and a charge of $528.97 Cdn on my credit card. Called the bank and cancelled my card. I would never use this product, too many chemicals! Threw it in the garbage. When I told the clerk at the bank that I wanted to cancel my card, he immediately replied: Idrotherapy? He told me that I am not the only one who got taken. So people, beware, this is a scam!
