Had difficulty following instructions to take my picture and read directions since I had to take off my eye glasses to see the directions. I had to take the picture 3 times since the service is also very slow with uploading. After receiving letter I tried to follow up with my accounting service and he also was unable to help me complete the process. I was finally successful asking for help from a volunteer AARP tax preparer at the library. Wonder if any other seniors experienced this very time-consuming process?
