It was simple and quick the process was a little long but considering identity theft these days so I understand why you have to make sure you are the person in question.

My experience was brought to a hault when my I.d. was unreadable. They set up a video call and 5 mins later I was verified. Very easy and time efficient
So it was an easy site to navigate, just operator error with not being a computer girl, I was still able to get through the process and really in no time at all. I did have to redo the pics a few times, however, I knew it wasnt the fault of the site. I knew it was me that was glitching not the technology. I usually get super overwhelmed and want to shut down and try another day, however, once I took a breath and just repeated the steps 2 more times, I was able to get it done and now that its over it doesnt feel like it was really that difficult.
