Overall experience was quick and straight forward. I didn't have a webcam on my PC but was able to send the link to my phone using a 3rd party app and was able to complete the verification with the agent that at first thought was a prerecorded video but turned out to be a live mature attractive lady (Roxanne J.), all this made the experience pleasant unlike most video conference experiences, yes presentation takes most of the points!

When you create a ticket actually talk to your clients that require this site to have access to various other sites.
