I had to go through the process a half a dozen times before I was able to complete it successfully. If one does not have a smartphone or is unfamiliar with its applications the process is extremely user unfriendly. I had to use an application on my computer that I had never used before to navigate the process. I would have been better off going to my local IRS office, but that is no picnic either.
