I attempted to use the "quicker" option to verify my ID by the face scan and nothing I did would get it to scan. I was either too far or too close when following the instructions for lighting and angles. I gave up on that and went to the live where you have a person check your face against the ID you provided. It was much quicker and far less frustrating. The representative was pleasant and only took a minute of my time.
