I SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO START MY PAPERWORK ON LINE AND I HAVE ABSOLUTLELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT! TOTALLY USELESS! THE ONLY REASON I'M GIVING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE -10!

Nothing works. They send a text, tell you to click on it, after taking your ID pics, the message I get: "Message not sent: invalid destination." ID.me is the one providing the destination. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

In spite of the negative experiences of others last year, the system worked well for me - it was simple and fast using my phone for TFA, driver license photo, and facial scanning. Hopefully the security and privacy aspects of this system are sound.
