My experience was very positive. It took me a bit longer to complete it (three days) because, when I started my profile, I did not have a photo ID on hand. After I scanned my passport and uploaded a copy the process was very simple. I recommend to future users that, before they start the process, they should, first, scan a copy of their driver's license or passport and have it ready.
