It started out easy then when I had to start taking pics of my Drivers License and had to switch back between my phone and desktop. That was hard enough but then when I had to do the "self-video" and somehow send the somewhere. I, again, had to switch between mt phone and desktop. Very confusing for me.
Somehow it all worked. I have no idea how.
It was an easy guide and easy to follow along. I would tell my family and friends that they can feel very secure and it takes less than 15 mins to verify yourself.
As you get older you forget or misplace important documents as I did for my identity protection pin. It is VERY IMPORTANT to have some type of smart device to use when identifying yourself. Having the ability to download my identity protection pin was such a relief, and I was able to file my taxes on time. The technology used to secure my identity was Awesome, but I just want to give you a heads up, the facial identity does take longer than 15 seconds. There are a few steps to identify yourself and I had No problem with that. My experience using this application was great. It took IRS awhile to put the process online, but it's there and I am so grateful.
