In order to gain access to information on a previous tax form, I needed to do this process. I'm not good with processes like this one, but it did give me clear directions and gave me time to follow them. It was smooth until it came to the "selfie" portion. It was trying to match my facial features with the photo ID I'd provided. It took quite a while and several tries to manage my cellphone to get the right angle, the right distance, and the right background, but eventually the selfie was accepted and the process completed.
It was very professional I got what I needed done so I can try to resolve my tax problem it very stressful to start with but having a nice person help you make It a little easier
I had no idea that I would get someone at that time of night for video verification. I did and the experience was quick and easy.
This was a new skill I didn't understand. How can I leave the message to take a pix of my license, not a selfie and then "choose' both pictures and get back to my message? What if another message pops up at the same time? What if I sent my info to 1/2 of Brooklyn?

It wasn't satisfied with my drivers license, but the procedure to take then UPLD the photos was fast and efficient. It didn't like my photo so it took over my phone and did a short video - it didn't give me the results but maybe it was just using an algorithm to compare the two.
