In order to gain access to information on a previous tax form, I needed to do this process. I'm not good with processes like this one, but it did give me clear directions and gave me time to follow them. It was smooth until it came to the "selfie" portion. It was trying to match my facial features with the photo ID I'd provided. It took quite a while and several tries to manage my cellphone to get the right angle, the right distance, and the right background, but eventually the selfie was accepted and the process completed.
