I understand concerns over privacy & the use of biometrics that services like this use, but it was the only time I've ever created a login for a.GOV site that didn't leave me wanting to claw my face off in frustration. I'm not sure if we can ever put the Identity Privacy genie back in the bottle, especially when it comes to streamlining government services like taxes (which I'm all for) -- so these services might as well be easy to use & work well - and this one really does.

It was very easy if done AFTER April 15. Logging in on tax filing day was not smart on my part, so I waited until Sunday to complete verification of documents which was a much quieter day. The tax consultant was very gracious and confirming my documents was quick and easy.
