Good luck trying to get verified. Codes never seem to get sent,and after they do you have to take a picture of your driver's license, FRONT AND BACK,thenwait again while they supposedly send codes to check your phone, then your email. And to top it off a selfie of you.

Even though it took a long time to go through the process, I felt it was secure and safe.
The whole process was very easy to navigate through to provide the needed information. I think this was the perfect way for anyone to easily verify their identity.
Self verification failed for no clear reason, so was forced to go through video verification. Long wait times at several stages (and inaccurate estimates of wait times) before connecting to a video verification agent. This apart from concerns about sharing this much personal and biometric information with a private company that I cannot tell comes under any regulatory body to ensure it's security and use. There needs to be way to log into IRS without going through this terrible service.

The photo ID uploads took a bit of time, since I had never done that before but everyone was patient and helpful. The security is far superior to other connections I have used.
