It was very secure but a little frustrated with uploading documents
The only reason I did not give five stars, is because when I tried to connect to have the video call to verify my identity, I was having issues with my laptop. The agent said she could not hear or see me, and then she hung up. I called back and got a different agent. She could not hear or see me, but she called me on my cell. I answered and she gave me instructions to finish the verification through my phone. It took less than a minute. It would have been five, if the first agent had done what the second agent did.
It was helpful. I was able to retrieve information (agi) number from my prior year tax return that I did not previously have access to.
