My camera and microphone work, but didn't wotk with ID.me. I have used ID.me before. A simple two step verification should be good enough. Now they have added a third and fourth step. I was unable to sign in to the IRS and complete my tax payment because of a glich in your app.

This site needs allot of work done. Good luck finding the right info you need and don't have to go thru every tab to find the right thing. I'm probably gonna charged penalties because the site doesn't clearly tell you where to go to see what you need. It's all bunched up and feels like the site was made to give false hope. Not sure if my payment plan went through, no email to confirm it, just a page that says you're good but no follow up acceptance has been seen.

Setting up my account with ID.me was simple and very straightforward. I took a couple photos, entered my information, verified my information and I was all set from there.
I was able to retrieve my Pin with ease and my ID verification was secure and quick. I had my e-fle rejected because I needed my 2022 Pin so I logged in online to the IRS website and was able to retrieve the 2022 Pin to submitted my e-file returns.
