I had four different ID me accounts and the main account was one that I was not able to even access the email anymore I chatted in the system for help and I was greeted with the response from very professional knowledgeable CSR She fixed what she could via chat and then move forward with a video call to verify my identity with my face and my ID I was able to show it to her back in front in person and she was able to resolve my issue immediately delete the accounts that I didn't need anymore and update the one that I had no access to to the email that I had and access to so all in all it was a pleasure from start to finish. The CSR was very professional and she made it easy to understand and she was able to fix everything with one call bravo keep up the good work

I vehemently wish I could give ID.me zero stars. Waste of my time to be required to use it to protect my own personal information for my own use. Would like if it a lot better if I had the option not to use it. I for one don't really care who knows how little I earned in the preceding tax years and the total dollar amount of taxes I paid from my paychecks all those years plus the additional tax I had to pay to the Treasury Department at filing.
