This process made me extremely anxious. It took several tries for my phone to take a photo of my driver's license that was considered acceptable by the system. It took several tries for the facial scanning process to be acceptable. When I tried to call on the telephone number that was given, no one answered.

ARE YOU KIDDING!

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SITE! That has to be the most miserable site I have ever encountered. I waited hours, and spent more HOURS getting all the crap online forms filled out and photos take of ID docs (how many do you need!) and oh my gosh it wasted my whole day and I still couldn't make an apt.! So I waited and waited and waited, hoping against hope for a video conference. I just want to set up auto-pay for my VA meds! NOTHING is worth this much trouble!
Is it lazy idiot government workers I'm dealing with? Why can't we have some common respect for our time? GOOD HELL!

Have your ID docs handy and log onto a computer that has a camera so that you can complete the quick, video meeting. It was easy and Alina was very professional.
