I tried many hours during the day to ID me myself. I did not realize that my camera on my cell phone was not working properly so I could not do the task myself. I was reluctant to go to get it done, but had I just gone to UPS and had them do it, I would have saved hours of my time. I was in and out in less than four minutes and the task was completed. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend it highly!
