My experience using id.me was decent. I had a hard time verifying my identity, however I eventually was able to figure it out on my own. Id.me is a very easy site to use other then above issue. It's secure and they provide fast background check services.
After going through ID me to work with a State agency, I was unable to complete the same process (not ID me process) with Experian. Unfortunately, I will have to go through a mail in verification process with them to resolve my issue. It would have been nice to refer them to, or use ID me to resolve the verification process just so I could look at my credit report.

ID Me is a long and tedious application. I gave up and decided to speak with a live agent. I just waited on hold. Preferred it that way
Not a novice with online security procedures. The IRS and i-now use this to "safeguard" our tax account information. It isn't evident, not transparent, involved. I am trying to sign back in, and it's asking about blue tooth/USB ports. None of those were used in the setup of the account.
