Worse experience ever

I reached out for support instead got Roy. The chatbot, which kept giving me the program, answered that it did not help me. I needed an actual person, an agent, so i opened a ticket. Instead of an agent emailing me, I got Roy again, that provided me with the same useless responses. My problem is still unresolved. I picked one star cause I could not submit it with ZERO.

At first, it was a good experience, and then my account was suspended and that wasn't the first time because it happened once before and on neither occasions have I heard from Customer service. It's like they don't care.

Frustrated

It took me all week to verify ID.
Missed out on filing my payment request on Sunday due to this.
My account is in appeal now, probably because I attempted to verify multiple times, so heaven only knows when i can request payment again.
I am not employed and not a happy camper.

Great everything I need to know he walked me through it. Step-by-step was very professional. The whole time made me feel a like that wasn't a stupid question. I really didn't know a whole lot about Fallin for Unemployment and him. Probably this is fine if you live in the US. If you don't the whole process is very confusing. You get to interact with chatbots that do not understand what you are trying to do. Clicking the "I do not live in the US" button gives you the same set of selections as if you didn't press it. One of the responses I got from a support tech was "Just upload your foreign docs and keep clicking till you get to an agent". On the whole it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would never use this service if I had any other option.

Once I got to an agent however - She was fantastic, professional, and friendly. So nothing but good things to say about the final verification step. Getting there was a 2.5 hour problem!
