I was very impressed with the way they identified all my information and made sure it was safe and of course me!
I reached out for support instead got Roy. The chatbot, which kept giving me the program, answered that it did not help me. I needed an actual person, an agent, so i opened a ticket. Instead of an agent emailing me, I got Roy again, that provided me with the same useless responses. My problem is still unresolved. I picked one star cause I could not submit it with ZERO.
The experience was simple and straight forward. Within several minutes I had completed the process and receive a secure ID.
At first, it was a good experience, and then my account was suspended and that wasn't the first time because it happened once before and on neither occasions have I heard from Customer service. It's like they don't care.
The web itself was easy access; the required infos was straightforward. Tye overall experience was good.

Probably this is fine if you live in the US. If you don't the whole process is very confusing. You get to interact with chatbots that do not understand what you are trying to do. Clicking the "I do not live in the US" button gives you the same set of selections as if you didn't press it. One of the responses I got from a support tech was "Just upload your foreign docs and keep clicking till you get to an agent". On the whole it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would never use this service if I had any other option.
Once I got to an agent however - She was fantastic, professional, and friendly. So nothing but good things to say about the final verification step. Getting there was a 2.5 hour problem!
