Great and trustworthy experience. Employees are very hospitable and professional. They follow the policy and do not deviate. Their is a long wait for the final procedure.
Android cell phone could not upload docs with link provided. Used my laptop succesfully to upload docs as jpegs and have video interview. Total time invested about 90 minutes.

Everything went well until time for taking and uploading the identification photo. The directions were not clear. Using the video chat with the agent took more time; however, it was worth the wait.

I got pushed into doing the video call.by that point they already had my social security number.a copy of my state ID...I was going to tell the girl on the video call but it was already too late they already had my idenity,I never even heard of id.me they put me on the link,but a day or 2 before that they did the ID me for me without the phone call.then I broke my phone and had to get a new number then he said we have to start over this time by video call,b/c I started asking questions I wish I would have told the representative but it was too late to stop so I figured I would just follow along b/c I have the whole conversation,on my telegram,all the directions and screen shots,I asked him who is donating this money?He said the owner of QUANTUM FINANCIAL SERVICES...even if they do donate some.only they have all my information so I didn't let them know that I was going to report all this today.i wanted to get as much evidence on my telegram as possiable,they're probably stealing thousands of people's ID like this,however their telegram page is still going,somehow not just for me but all the other people too,that maybe being scammed someone needs to investigate them.

The site looked complicated and that it would take a long time to sign up on. Once I started (I hit the NEXT button) the process was fun and easy and just took a few minutes. My sign on with ID.me allows me onto two sights where before I had different usernames and passwords for each account. I like ID.me a lot!
