My experience was simple and fast. The support agents made it very easy to complete my verification including the video agent. It wasn't even 10 minutes. It was completely fast. The agents are so professional and take your personal info and identity very serious!

Uploading photos was a bit drawn out with the slow upload, how ever the virtual assistant got everything handled in a matter of minutes.

I found completing this process on a phone to be less than ideal. Taking selfies and completing the ID requirements was labor some to me. Then to top it off, the program didn't like my ID photos, so I had to do this a couple of times to get it right. Just very labor intensive to me. Glad its done and now I don't have to worry about doing it again...I hope.
