I did not see anywhere a way to engage the video camera and audio although it was already working on Skype and other programs. Somewhere in various links I finally found a "button" saying "allow video and microphone" and all worked out well after several login attempts where the agent kept saying he couldn't hear me.
My experience was good.the experience went very well, I understood what to do. And the system was fine, and not to hard to get to the end of the format. I'm not sure what else to say at this time, I.
