It was easy and great to use. It helped me get into a lot of information that I had been trying to get a better understanding I was able to read it and gain and achieve and find forms that I needed to complete.

I am trying to get help as soon as possible by figuring out why my account has been suspended and I'm hoping that I could reactivate my account by making it securable once again.

I was forced to sign in to get to my IRS account. I did the usual 2-factor auth bit, then "surprise" I had to allow a scan of my face to continue. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable.
At first, when started there was a another female that was just making anything up at first I wasn't going to start over taking pictures my surroundings I was dull or the light,but after taking so much photo it wasn't me it was I'm at
I followed all the steps. Then the text codes came through hours later when I was already off the site. Was not told why I could not be verified so have to wait a couple of weeks to get the paperwork done that I needed done as soon as possible. Just not a good service and would give 0 stars if that was an option.
