Before, I was trying with ID.me I called a customer service but no responded. So I decided to checked in and created a new account for ID.me. Man! That's so easy. It was my first time I've made mistakes, they still guided me to finish. I encourage everyone to try it out. It quick save you a lot of time.
Easy to use and very fast to verify identity to access my information

The site was unable to register me via the state database, and I had to submit a picture of my credentials instead. Additionally, I felt a bit uncomfortable having to provide a social security number given the increased security regarding requiring such information … also our state has removed all social security information from their databases due to these concerns!
For most organizations, the multi-stage identification system fails to work and becomes a huge problem. The ID.me system works great, so well that I use it for Tax access, VA access and SSA access. It takes 30 seconds, never fails to work. I wish I could use it everywhere.

I was in a hurry I needed to open a bank account and needed proof that it was my on my driver's license it took less than 5 minutes and they were done and I was able to finish what I was doing thank you ID.me
