It was great help better than last several years ago I did go with ID.me few time but now I am satisfied with everything they provided it.

The system needs improvement when it comes to mobile apps and mobile devices as well as computer devices. It's a good system but it needs improvement to the point where there needs to be a cloud system involved instead of going off of the memory of electronic devices of the individuals applying for applications or doing various processing. Me personally I had to delete a lot of photos and other things on my phone just to be able to process through the system when it comes to taking photos and send it to the federal government. Their system currently goes off of the memory of the users instead of a ultra secure cloud system, which would be more secure and will save money and time in the long run. That way the system wouldn't work off the memory of the users electronic devices which will make things way more fast and efficient as well as ultra secure.
Didn't get to where I needed to,not much else to say,and I don't appreciate being forced to say more than I needed to.

When I logged on to ID.me, I feel like the website has everything that you could possibly ask for, ranging from easy to read menus, to everything being accessible. Except... there's one problem...
PLEASE make logging in less cumbersome. Though I don't fully mind it, it gets fairly annoying when I have to do 2FA logins every few minutes or so.
In the process of completing an application to the State of California, without prior notice I was redirected to the ID.me site. Although immediately suspicious, I followed through with entering my personal information because I was concerned that if I did not, everything I had done on the State of California application would be lost, requiring me to start over again. Ultimately all appeared to be well after the ID.me process was finished. I seem to recall that some of the questions/redirections were a bit weird.
