I know passwords and remembering I.D.'S are a pain in the butt but when you are in id.me it is so quick and secure.

It takes at least an hour to reset my password every time I use this account. It's a real pain in the $#*!. It's a real shame I have to do this. See. You come up with this sight that is supposed to verify who I am to other entities. So now ther websight use your services to and my drivers license and every other form of ID out there. For a 15% discount the cell phone company needs a picture of state ID from my cell phone. I can remember the ID me password. I don't use it for years and now taxes and even the phone company uses it. Sucks remembering the information to sign in. Don't like having to share this much information at all. I can see how people older than myself get pissed and give up on your service. Your service only makes it harder for people to do business. I don't believe for a minute that your so secure that your data bases have not already been hacked. Your service is a false sence of security.
Last year someone claimed benefits under my name with this in place its virtually impossible.
The verification didn't seem to take long at all and I didn't have to jump through hopes to prove who I was.
Bad can't sign in to my account. Have been able to call anyone to help fix it.
Everything was straight forward and easy. Only one odd thing was after submitting everything to verify my ID it gives and error message but everything went through and worked with no actual problem.

Beware that you might be told your email is already associated with an account but then be told your email isn't associated with an account if you try to retrieve your username. Only option was to completely delete everything which had a 24 hour delay. Still didn't fix it. This was a nightmare.
I haven't file this before,so I'll be glad to receive mine successfully because I can see many of my colleagues that receive their own taxes refund successfully
