I just got myself anxiously caught up in what I was going through domestic violence situation and phone's coming up missing every other month and things like that I didn't buy you guys trying to basically help us to secure us by just not letting anybody through had me hung up for about a year or two with one phone number till I figure out hey just chat with customer service call somebody tell somebody reach out and that's what I did and it got cleared 2 years later but had I not been in a strange situation that made me buckle down and reach out so you can imagine how many people just take things for granted don't reach out take the time to chat back go back and forth back and forth until it got done and I was able to remove my multi-factors and everything things that are normally done I was able to do but I just chatting back and forth virtual robot will knock any person off that's not serious so it is very good thing cuz if you're not consistent serious about this type of government benefits and the things that they offer in the resources then you really don't deserve to be here and be verified so I know that and I say that because I was adamant I didn't give up I don't care whatever I got my mind right I got to it I might drop it every now and then but so that lets you know that people that play with it you frustrated all the hell with it can't do that if you need the access if you need the benefits hey get verified thank you guys so much love you realize it verified cuz you got to be real and legit to get verified God bless thank you ID me
We were able to get into our IRS account after being approved by ID.me to get needed information to file our tax extension. One of us doesn't drive any longer, so we used a passport for primary identification & it had to be verified by ID.me. Big relief to have it behind us!
