I actually was kind of dreading it but it was pretty easy you take the pictures that was the hard part for me the worrying but they made it so easy to do it didn't take no more than 10 minutes or so so I would recommend it to you guys
A question of correct name is still pending but the app works ok.
The steps to get my own identity PIN were easy and just needed an few minutes. Some of the process was on my laptop, some on my cell phone (the camera part). Now I feel protected from having to prove that I'm "me" and I worry less about identity theft
After almost 3 months of trying to get through to a live person to talk to and get my account reinstated, I finally got through and the agent that I worked with was very friendly, helpful and stayed on the line with me while I went through the process of re-verifying my account and helped me with every step so that it was easy and quick.
Easy to use and fast not complicated at all I wish I didn't need to use it but being laid off sucks but at least this was easy!

However, idME software was not good.
At first, I tried to use the automated verification, but kept getting the message: "An unknown error has occurred - try again".
When I tried again I got the same message.
So I tried "chat with an agent", the video worked and they could hear me but I could not hear them.
So the idME agent called me on my phone and we completed the verification.
IdME software does not work correctly and displays unhelpful messages.
IdME software needs serious improvement - it is not user friendly.
If you encounter similar problems, use ZOOM instead if you can.
I wasted a lot of time trying to get the idME software to work correctly.
Applying for Unemployment, I needed ID to verify me. Issue with me...up to 30 changes in my life.
So, go to site, that was nice, able to edit.
My document pictures next issue. Me a horrible picture taker, I shake to much.
Ended up video call, where I had my documents viewed.
After that, site I needed ID for, accepted I got to move forward
You are not allowed to keep drivers license and social security number and a 3D selfie for identification. Requires prior consent; cannot tell people that they have to login to delete storage?!
