I couldnt remember my login credentials but no worries, the recovery phase was fast and simple, no matter how many steps it was. I was able to log into the irs site and get verified quickly and without issues or redundancy. Productive visit that allowed me to do exactly what it was that i came to the irs website to do. This was sadly the worst experience I have ever had trying to log in to access my own information. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Here's the good news... it is so secure that no one can get it in. Facial recognition failed on 6 attempts too!

It was seamless, simple and secure. The process took not much time and was user friendly. If there was a time we need security, it's now. Love that a sense of urgency is imperative.
It was very fast and easy to get verified, I expected it to take several hours as I'd was around midnight but it only took a few minutes
I had to do a few security type things to ensure I was who I said I was. Be prepared - gather the necessary information before you start. Overall, it took about 1/2 hour ( I didn't have all my items readily available). I was able to review the information i needed to.
