Once I finally got to speak to a real person it was great but that took me over a week of sending info to them that they asked for to have them reject because of the way my state does my i.d it's not my fault the state does it that way but I was punished for over a week
The actual system itself once you're in? It's very simple. My issue is getting through to get to the system. That's why I'm giving it a 3. Everyone is not computer savvy, and should be able to get through the whole process quickly.

Easy to follow instructions and set up except the very last item required. After sending several links to my phone to complete parts of the process, the very last item required that they send a link to my phone and asked that I click on it to prove it was my number. All the prior codes sent and responded to should have been 100% proof that it was correct and my number. I was unable to complete the request because, I did not have internet service on my little cheap flip phone. There was options in all other areas to either confirm with a e-mail or by the system calling my phone with the codes. This last item had no option other than responding to the link. To complete, was a nightmare and I ended up having to get internet service on a phone to complete the process. I like the security aspects but the sign up system has that one little glitch that caused me several days of hair pulling. If you have a smart phone with internet service, you should have no problems.
Perfect, on a few minutes or less. I was tended to, and I didn't have any sceptism.
