The process was very easy to navigate and access to the needed resource speedy.
It was difficult and time consuming verifying to create an account. Finally though, after a few days and a video interview, I was in, I could identify with government agencies. Then, randomly, my account has been suspended. The only communication from the company is with an automated bot they named Roy. There has not been one live agent contacting me in over a week. I dont even know how long the account has been suspended, no one contacted me of suspension via email or text. It was just suspended. Bi had been using it about a month ago. I need documents for financial aid. This system is going to hold up my ability to finish college, among other things in my life. It's terrible communication and customer service and tomorrow I'm finding out where or what government agencies I can report their shoddy business practices. I'm not fraudulent or a criminal. I didn't report fraud on my account. They have literally randomly disabled my ability to work with my own identity with government accounts. It's creepy and scary and wrong.
