It was secure and thorough. It was simple to understand and follow the steps. But, it was a hassle when the steps had to be repeated.
I had several issues with trying to solve an issue with an email account that my wife used in order to be verified by the IRS. My verification was for TWC. We use the same email account for personal and business accounts. It was exasperating to try to correct the issue. We went through several emails trying to rectify the situation through members support. The support member failed to address the issues that I clearly stated in the email messages. He kept sending out correct the email for my wife and totally disregarding my concerns. He was incredibly incompetent. I emailed him repeatedly with information PROVIDED BY TWC and he still failed to address my concerns. This is a terrible sight for people that are not computer literate. Your communications are pre generated and I finally found, after several failed attempts to resolve through customer support, by changing my email account with TWC. I then created a new ID.Me account using the new email account. I wasted several weeks without any unemployment payments. It has been a hardship on both me and my family.
This couldn't go better I'll be at a loss of words I' was thankful for the whole time that my needs are important to the satisfication in every potential level

Once I finally got to speak to a real person it was great but that took me over a week of sending info to them that they asked for to have them reject because of the way my state does my i.d it's not my fault the state does it that way but I was punished for over a week
The actual system itself once you're in? It's very simple. My issue is getting through to get to the system. That's why I'm giving it a 3. Everyone is not computer savvy, and should be able to get through the whole process quickly.
