Horrible. Roy the automated system just continued taking me in circles. Emails not addressed at all. Just never had to deal with a system with no personal help at all. No email, open tickets nothing was done. Can't believe the government is having us use this system. Sad very sad

Horrible. This was the second time I have used the identify verification, as I tried to help a friend with her identity several months ago. That experience did NOT help with this effort. Again, the instructions were confusing. Even just trying to GET to the video chat was frustrating.

Got all my verification steps completed, but id.me's system got stuck on the spinning wheel. After more than a half hour of refreshing and trying to login, I gave up. Today, I can login to my id.me account, however when I tried to use it to login my SSA account, SSA said "no go". Could not use my id.me account to get into to my SSA account!
After many attempts to maneuver through the login process unsuccessfully l finally decided to go the ID.me signin option. This option sounded like is would be difficult and intrusive, and l really hesitated to select it. My problem was due to the fact that l had changed my cell phone number and my previous number could no longer be used for the two tier authentication. I tried everything to get past this to no avail. Thank ID.me for easily and efficiently putting all that to rest. I was very impressed and happy with them.
