For me it was too personal sending credentials via IDME. I would prefer something a little more simple. I did try to verify through the first step so I attempted two more times and still forced me to do the video call which is a bit much for personal people

I had a smoothie process with account recovery to being ID via video chat. Agent appeared on the chat promptly and had a very friendly smile an disposition.
