For me it was too personal sending credentials via IDME. I would prefer something a little more simple. I did try to verify through the first step so I attempted two more times and still forced me to do the video call which is a bit much for personal people
I have waited for a long time to be connect with the agent and he just disconnected the call. It was so frustrating I had filled out alot of my personal info. Just to get disconnected in my face. Not good customer experience

I had a smoothie process with account recovery to being ID via video chat. Agent appeared on the chat promptly and had a very friendly smile an disposition. I was so pleasantly surprised I wanted to ask her ion they were hiring. But I thought that might distract her from what she was to do. :) I'd like to work for a place like that who makes things easy for a customer and be pleasant at the same time. If hiring where can I apply.
