Couldn't reset my password and/or user ID. Had to use new ID to re-establish connection capabilities. No other government liaison websites available? Have to use this one for all 3-4 veteran connection points. (DOD, DEERS, Myhealthyvet, etc) Could find no phone number to get help with sign in.? MUST CHANGE sign in every 6 months. Can't the government make it more difficult for us older veterans to navigate their systems. Wasn't enough that they micro-managed the last few wars so we couldn't ever achieve victory?

Getting messages constantly about messed up username and passwords. I can't get into the IRS federal tax prep place or Md comptroller. I am now gong to do my taxes on paper.now it won't let me submit my review. Only takes good reviews? I can't get into turbo tax either
ID.me requires you to upload a legal ID (passport, driver's license, whatever) and then it does a crude line-tracing of your face and tries to match it with the ID. Needless to say, if you don't look like your ID photo (think of your worst driver's license photo! Ten years afterward!) this process is slow and laborious.
I found this prone to error in matching the phone picture and the ID picture.
