Couldn't reset my password and/or user ID. Had to use new ID to re-establish connection capabilities. No other government liaison websites available? Have to use this one for all 3-4 veteran connection points. (DOD, DEERS, Myhealthyvet, etc) Could find no phone number to get help with sign in.? MUST CHANGE sign in every 6 months. Can't the government make it more difficult for us older veterans to navigate their systems. Wasn't enough that they micro-managed the last few wars so we couldn't ever achieve victory?
I was expecting the setup process to be very complicated, taking a couple of hours to jump through hoops but that was not the case.
